Dave Hall of the SWM Motorcycles USA Facebook Page purchased an SWM RS300R in 2019. He got tired of the constant flame-outs and overall lack of performance and decided to do something about it. He created this power up kit to rectify the constant flame-outs and fix the faulty factory fuel mapping inherent in the SWM RE300R, RE500R, RS300R, RS500R, SM500R models.
This kit allows you to fine tune the injection mapping adding fuel in the spots needed, and removing the over-fueling in the rich areas also known as fuel dumping. It is pre-programmed with the correct settings for the SWM line. It also includes a 12-port direct-replacement fuel injector to create a finer fog of fuel instead of the stock injector.
With this power up-kit you’ll notice an increase in power, fuel economy and fun!
It takes approximately 1/2 hour to install and is plug-and-play ready.
Included in the kit is an add-on tuner box and a 12 port fuel injector.
